My in-laws has filled a case in registrar office stating that their son has forcefully taken their property in his name which they purchased from the panchayat years back and now the son is not looking after them and after giving the house to him his wife has thrown them out of the house . The above mentioned things are all false . I completed six years of marriage and in these 6 years I haven't stayed in their place after marriage the problem started related to dowry then I left the house after few months only and went to my house for next 1.5 year o stayed there and after having baby I came back and then my father in-law physically harrased me then again I left the house and went away for next two years then after conceiving my second child we again came back as now it was very difficult for me with my two kids to move from one pce to another my husband is in army . So we decided to stay at my husband's place . This time I decided what ever happens Im not going to leave the house and my in-laws tried their best to make me out again but I stayed strong . after trying every step , now they lodged a complaint in revenue office . I have the bank statement of last two years stating their son was taking care of grocery items and was paying the bills of their house . The house is not in his name , in will it is written that the owner of the houre are my in-laws after their death the house will be in the name of their son. If I had thrown them out then how are they still staying on the same house. I shown and told the above same thing in front of tribunal officer then after hearing from both the parties he told to go for conciliation . I want to ask will my in-laws will be allowed to remove my husband's name from that document as their only motto is to throw me and my two kids out of the house and then sell the house and go somewhere else and stay . In this house my husband's 17 years of his service earning was invested . We don't have any other property or land too Ps. - in-laws are staying in the first floor with all the required facilities and we r staying in the basement floor .

Hi, I have been married for 2 and a half year.. I have a daughter too, sheb is 18 months old. My sister in law created lots of problems in home since my arrival.. a police case was also filed and physical and mental abuse happened too. Hi, in my 4 years of marriage, i have been treated very badly by my MIL. She has abused me and my husband a lot. But my husband is helpless since she is a widow since 17 years. Now our fights have become more intense, and the worst part is my kids are getting affected. Recently she raised her hand on me and my husband. Unhone blank chque bank main cancel karke fraud ka case karneki dhamki de ra hain. Partner ke nam se dusrose call karake dhomki d E ra hain.
