I want to file a complaint against Grace Lab, Vadodara Gujarat my 3 years kids sample submitted on 27th April ... at the time of sample Collection they committed that they will share report with in 48-72 hrs ... Till date we have not received any report. After many followups they always made wrong commitments .

I have tested for complete blood count;CBC, Malaria vivax and falsiparum antigen and Dengue fever antibodies IgG & IgM, EIA at Dr Lal Pathlabs , Mr Amrut Kumar Satpaty , Shop No. 7 , Block -A , phase -1, OT road ,Balasore, Odisha for which they charged me Rs330/-, Rs200/- & Rs1800/- respectively. My query is that whether it is the genuine charge of dengue test in Dr Lal Pathlabs..

The path lab named : "MORDERN PATHOLOGICAL LAB" situated at P.C. Colony , opp to community hall kankarbagh, Patna -800020 does not give tax invoice against the charges taken for the test. This is definitely illegal and needs attention. Let say I need the tax invoice to file claim to my insurance. They simply deny stating that we do not give any such tax invoice. How can we file complain again these.

Hi, I want to file a complaint against Hindustan wellness Lab representative collected sample from home for RTP CR testing on 17th April 2021 at 3.39 AM, At the time of sample collection, representative mention report will be delivered online in 24 hours, but even after 120 hours, they are not able to provide the report.

I have tried to Dr Isha pansare's lab but there is no response from there side and they have collected advance payment from us and yesterday we have sent the text message to lab authority to collect the sample of serious patient. Even Dr Isha Pansare doesn't have any courtesy to revert. So request you to cancel the license of irresponsible lab

Hi , my sister got tested by a lab . They given a totally wrong report about her iron status and cbc , next day when she is tested by some other lab , they shown the report totally normal . It's a huge case of medical negligence . Kindly help us ..the lab people are threatening us.

Respect Sir, This mail regarding for my wife not welling for weight loss based on doctor checkup on 13.09.2021. As per Doctor Ref to Maruti Scans & Labs on Tiruvellore. My wife will give MANTOUX TEST ON 14.09.2021 Report say 50 ( not mention any mm or cm etc ) not mention < > value also. I check with again doctor against this report. Doctor say this report is wrong based on that I again cross checking multiple doctors saying this false report. When check again Maruti Scans its computer mistake and etc. My Self and my whole family very upset about this kind of report. In particularly as my wife very upset about this report. Hi, I want to file a complaint against Metropolis Healthcare Limited. Lab representative collected sample from home for RTP CR testing on 18th April 2021 at 8.39 AM, I'd 07670938440, SRF ID 0767000939706. At the time of sample collection, representative mention report will be delivered online in 24 to 48 hours, but even after 80 hours, they are not able to provide the report.

Hi I am sumit I gave sample on 19th April for covid 19 rapid test in Allianze medical service in fbd sec 35 they charged 800/- and said with in 4-5 hours we got the report after calling after 6 pm they said I am positive but there was sever problem they will send soft copy of report on mob. I got my report after 12 am and that was negative. I was surprised I called by another mob no they again telling to me ,you are positive and send me the positive corona report .what is this hell going on.

I raised a complaint on their online portal (which is very slow) CMP-21-4-19-1364. I want to raise complaint agaist Pharmeasy lab.i gave my daughter sample on 14th aug 2021.first of they mention my name instead of my daughter name on the blood report.after complaing they correct her name.but age was mention which is mine 47 instead of 17.my daughter is 17. I have done 4 test but till now i get 3 report only .about 4th report they r giving me message delayed.i felt that all reports are fake n confuged due to age(47-/-17)they cheated me .i ask so may time to talk with senior person but they didnot.so plz take action agaist this lab pharmeasy delhi.

My complaint is against Redcliffe Life Diagnostics (Andheri Branch). I have book blood test for my 9 year old kid (Batul) on 15th Jan 2022 and person came and collected sample. I have also done payment on same day. Now I am tracing them for report but no one is answering. I couldn't get through their customer care and neither executive whose name is NIkita Saxsena (+91 93112 61971). Please help I have to do her surgery in this week and they are avoiding my calls. I just want my money back.

This is a very serious concern, I book home sample collection for covid for 4 member in my family and today 3rd day still not recieved the report. Now one of my memeber having symptoms of corona. Now I dnt have any other option . I had paid 4000 INR for testing . Please help me and do let me know what action we can take against them . Path lab is situated in Vikaspuri New delhi .

I want to complain against Aarogya Pathcare. Their test report was not accurate. I did Kidney Function Test again in Fortis hospital to recheck report. But I found Aarogya Pathcare report was inaccurate. They just looting people and giving them wrong reports.

My complaint is against Life Care Health , Noida. I have got the RTR PCR done for my Wife & Mother on 18 th April 2021 & have paid Rs 2400, but till date neither they have given the report nor returned my amount, have called them multiple times. Have visited the lab as well on 11th Jul 2021 & from there I got the assurance that I will get the amount in 48 hrs but til date have not recieved my money back & also they are not answering my call.

Got my tests done from lifecare health labs sample was collected on 29th sep2021.for reports I had to make several calls got it on 6thoct2021.report showed problems in LFT KFT thyroid cholesterol levels.second opinion from lalpathlabs showed all the reports were ok. Doctor had prescribed medicines for kidney problem what if I had taken them. These people are fraud playing with the lives of people.one whole week we were under mental trauma.I want to file a legal notice against them

For chemotherapy I had tested the blood of my wife in Dr Suranje's path lab Kalyan. The creatinine value shown 1.52 where as previous reports of NABL accredited labs was .7 to .75 range. Again the sample tested at NABL lab and it came. 7 That means Dr Suranje has given wrong reports. Appropriate actions should be taken against such labs to save the patient

Six members of my family were tested in month of April 2021 for various Covid tests by Hindustan Wellness Gurgaon but the reportsfor DDimer tests were not given by them and they kept rescheduling the test and I had written the letter regarding refund on 22nd May and my money is also not refunded

I just want to raise a complaint against Aster labs Bangalore.. these ppl are not uploading results properly in ICMR portal because of that we are not getting bu number.without generating a by number we can't admit patient to hospital ..and aster labs are neglecting our calls..so kindly plz take an action towards aster labs..its my humble request

Yesterday I had done a D-Dimer test in Tricare Diagnostics Thiruvalla & they charged Rs.1400 for the test & told me it will take 24 hours for the result. Yesterday I had done test at 4.36pm & I received the result via mail at 5.30pm yesterday. Moreover in other labs at this location are charging only Rs. 850 to 950 range. When I asked them they told they are charging this much. I doubt about the result yesterday I received. Please help in taking legal action against this lab for looting public.
