If these two conditions are satisfied, you can easily file a Consumer Complaintagainst  any Online Shopping Portal in theDistrict Consumer Forum.One does not necessarily need to hire a lawyer in order to file a Consumer Complaint as per the provisions under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Hi, I have purchased mobile from flipkart in March 2021 but it has issues with wifi speed and connectivity, issues with signal strength as well, I have requested for refund but flipkart arranged for technician visit who has denied these issues with out any actual knowledge, I have filed a complaint on consumerhelpline.gov.in in July as I got to know of it lately but flipkart denied refund stating its already 3 months from the purchased date. I made an online cake order through FNP. I ordered it on Thursday for a delivery on Saturday. I made the payment online. On satuday i got an sms that my order will be delivered today at the time slot i had selected (8am-2pm). By chance I tried to track my order and It said on hold. When I called the customer care they told that they cannot deliver at the product and if I can change the cake flavour and when I changed they said they cannot deliver at the time slot. I had.my event planned at that time and what's the point getting the cake after that. Had I not checked the status I would have never known that my order can not.be delivered. I then had to travel 15-20kms to get a cake at that last moment. It was really a mental harrasment for me. Can I file a case against Ferns&Petals for this harassment?

Sir I ordered a product online on 25/2/2021 referred by facebook ads. The site is herikesh.in The merchant acknowledge the payment of Rs 898/- and sent a link to track the order but after two days the link is not working and till date the product has not been delivered also till date. The payment was made from my credit card. The credit card statement shows the payment was made to Maa Bhagwati Creations, Surat. Though the amount is a meager one but feeling cheated and want to take the legal action so that others may not suffer in future. Pls guide what to do

About one week i. e. 25th Nov, i orderd shirts worth Rs 598 from https://shirtpluto.com/60296331458/orders/9439349de2a9a3eb4b6fb90d1b8af2a8/authenticate?key=4d4a06b41e0688013559045938cd55b1 and i recd confirmation sms of my order. I received my order from Ecom Express courier on 30 Nov 2021 after paying cash of Rs. 600/- There is only COD payment mode. When i got the order it was way different than what I ordered . My order is combo shirts But i got some old clothes. I further tried to contact the company but the number is not working and i even sent emails to them about the issue and i got no reply.

Meesho app se ek lahanga order kiya tha per us main clothes nikla aur 15 days ho gaye abhi tak refu bhi nahi kiya kitni bar complaint kar chuki hu aur call center main call bhi kar chuki hai. Refund hi nahi kiya.

Hi Against flipkart I order socks which was marked with "assured" tag i.e. the exact item will be delivered which was ordered. The flipkart sent wrong color and wroong shape. ( i ordered without thumb but they with thumbs) on registering complaint, they said its under no return policy and marked it resolved. I said customer are nt liable to keep wrong products and they are not taking it back and returning the money.
