Hello,file reference no DELAI38539 I was travelling to Delhi from Bahrain on 2may2021 through air India on arrival I didn’t get my luggage on belt so I went to baggage services counter they make PIR and told me that within 24 hours they will deliver to me but still almost one month complete no information I am getting from air India and when I call or mail them they reply that your complaint still under tracking. Kindly help me to solve my problem.

Hi My PNR Number is (JX3YE) I lost the flight due to air india customer service they didn't connect my call to ticketing department although I called them more than 7 times for in 12 hours .Actually my pcr test was not ready so I want to reschedule the ticket date but I can't due to air india customer service support. Please provide me an appropriate reason to justify the error and the mistake from which side even from consumer side or from air india side.

Hi, Please find my PNR no. HPV1R. With my bad journey experience,I wanted to enquire about my lost baggage which i didn't receive at Amritsar airport. I was travelling from Dehradun to Amritsar. Delhi was a stoppage.So it was like Dehradun to Delhi and then Delhi to Amritsar. My flight timing was 16:14 from DED and landed around 17:35 at Delhi. After that i was having evening flight at 21:15 from Delhi and it will reach around 22:50 at Amritsar. But i don't have my RT PCR report due to which they didn't allow me to travel to Punjab due to Punjab guidelines. They ofload me and my bag at delhi airport. I want to ask 2 things from Air India: 1.If Punjab was having guidelines,then Air India should not allow me to sit from Dedhradun only.Why they were creating issue for me in between Delhi.? I faced lot of issue,i was sitting outside the Airport around 11p.m. to 5a.m. So basically my journey was very bad.I was sitting ideally 12 may 5p.m to 13 may 12pm. I was in depression as my mother was ill and second Air india is not listening to me. They were allowing to reschedule my flight by taking charges. It was emergency flight as you can see flight booking date. Next time i don't want to travel with Air India. 2.Then at my Airport,i was waiting for my bag.I didn't receive it at Amritsar Airport. My journey was too bad.Now i don't have any clothes. Please arrange me some clothes or either provide my bag today itself at my home. Thanks, Chahat.

I have been mislead and cheated by customer care staff Completely lied and postponed my request, stated verbally and assured that my issue is resolved but nothing happened which led me to pay heavy penalty without any fault of mine
