Hi, I was just surfing for a mobile on amazon. Amazon asked permission to check device for exchange of device. I DENIED the permission, even after that without permission it was checking my device working conditions. I was keep getting a error my device microphone is on other call. But i was not in any calls too. After few min i restarted the device to overcome the error. After restarting and re-entered to amazon the mobile is completely unusable. even not getting re-started. The mobile is in a non-working state and couldn't switch on too.No display no lights.... Amazon's device checking made my device unusable.

I got a call from +919916964663 and since it was an unwanted call I replied in some ridiculous way. He ended the call by abusive word. I seek an action on the call centre personnel with clear evidence and apology as I know that the calls are recorded. Last time I gave an order (order ID:- 407-9978456-7205964)but neither I got my order nor I got my money back… This time again I gave an order (order ID:- 407-6731453-7133953) which I was about to get by 19th April, but again it postponed to 21st April… Either you deliver my order or return my money… I left the matter 1st time but not always… So I request either you deliver my order or return my money!

I have purchased a Sony TV from Amazon India on 14 Feb 2021 by making a payment of Rs. 48255/- from ICICI Amazon Pay Credit Card choosing no cost EMI. Amazon promised me many time over customer care that i am 100 % eligible for 5 % cashback on this payment as i was a Prime Member. But no cashback has been received till date. I have all call recordings also. Now they are denying for cashback. it may cause loss of Rs. 2500 to me.

Yesterday amazon delivery boy came to my door step to deliver a laptop from amazon(laptop worth 72000 Indian ruppes) with my old laptop exchange scheme. The delivery boy mistakenly or intentionally( which I am not aware of) rejected my old laptop without looking onto it. He didn't even look at my old laptop and cancelled my order of new laptop and exchange offer also then went away. Then I reported my issue to the customer care they didn't respond and issued refund which was not expected at all.

I had been the most ardent Amazon.in fan until last month. I had a Cropwood computer desk delivered to me on 26th August 2021 at our new residence. As it was lockdown, we glanced at the product in a hurry and returned to our old residence. After the initial 15 day replacement period we discovered the product was damaged and requested Amazon to get us a refund or a replacement as per it's warranty of one year. Amazon and the Seller Sri Krishna Art Store refused saying that the Warranty was only until delivery. This raises the following questions: 1. Amazon.in never provides us with a warranty letter or even a mention that as per their website there is a warranty. 2. Amazon.in easily denies that its website spoke or a warranty and says Warranty was only until delivery time. This is the first time I am hearing of something called 'warranty until delivery time.' Why call it warranty at all then? 3. Amazon changes its warranty conditions and period on its website and gives no proof that we may have selected a product with a given warranty period. e.g. I bought an LG TV on 31st August with 1 year warranty period. The very next day, the product had a warranty period of 3 years. My Amazon invoice gives no mention of a warranty period. 4. In spite of writing a negative review the product was again sale on Amazon.in as a new product with no review within 7 days. Which means one should never trust a product which has not been reviewed because it could be a product with strong negative reviews and it has simply been brought back into sale. So our reviews carry no value, unless they are positive reviews. 5. And the Amazon.in sales representatives will be ever so honey sweet and caring, and once they decide their course of action, they will be utterly mean and rude. I never had such an apathetic response from Amazon ever. Sorely disappointed with Amazon.in Now I don't want to get the product replaced or refunded, I want to make people aware that they should not trust Amazon.in reviews, warranty and sweet talk of sales representatives.

For my father number (9994427732) 24th July only I recharged 1 year pack. So I request you Sir or mam to please reverse that recharge of ?2698/-from that wrong number to the correct number. I ordered two pairs of shoes (different colors), out of which only one was delivered. The package in which it was delivered was just the size of one box of shoes. It had invoice for both and the weight mentioned was also for two pairs. However, the actual weight of the packet was half of what was mentioned. The mode of payment was POD. Payment for both was done and now when after opening and going through details I have lodged complaint with Amazon Customer Care several times but they are not refunding my money (Rs.5214/-)

sir, i have complain against Amzon.in that from few days [say from October on wards], amazon did not supply any Pantry product to my registered address even did not take any order for the same. when ever ihave place the order for Pantry they have showed warning that please change my address. why they did this so with customer. Are they not willing to deliver any product to my address and Why? This very ridiculous policy. I dnt know what is the actual problem of Amazon India. If this their policy not to sold or deliver any product to their customer, then why they will open this site. immediately shut it down. In my family my both parents are Senior citizen and they did not do any thing that why i have purchased online. so please take care of this matter and take necessary actions. thank you.
