If the total value of your complaint, including refund and compensation, is up to Rs. 1 crore, file it at the District Forum. Choose the commission based on your residential address or the location of the DTDC office involved in the service.
If your claim is above Rs. 1 crore and not more than Rs. 10 crore, file it at the State Commission. Submit all required documents and the proper court fee along with your complaint.
If the claim value is more than Rs. 10 crore, file your complaint at the National Commission in New Delhi. This forum handles high-value and complex disputes.
Step 4: Draft and Submit the Complaint
Move to arbitration if mediation does not solve the issue. This happens only when the mediator gives a written confirmation that the discussion failed. Both parties must agree to arbitration unless an arbitration clause already exists. The complaint must meet the rules of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and must fall within the time limit of the Limitation Act, 1963. Submit the failed mediation report and all evidence again for the arbitrator’s review.
Step 5: Attend Hearings and Follow the Process
After submission, the Consumer Forum sends a notice to DTDC. You receive a date for your hearing. You need to attend the hearing in person or through video call. Present your documents and explain the case clearly. Answer the questions raised by the forum. Follow all instructions and cooperate during the process. Keep a written copy of the statements submitted during the hearing.
Step 6: Get Your Refund or Compensation
If the forum rules in your favor, it issues a formal order to DTDC. The order may include a full refund of the shipping cost or the item’s value. In some cases, the forum may also direct DTDC to pay compensation for inconvenience or mental distress. DTDC must follow this order within the time given. If it fails to comply, you can take further legal action to enforce the decision.

Z70159986 the tracking ID went missing, my item which was not delivered by the delivery agent in Bangalore Raj kumar road as gone missing since 9 days of showing its delivered duly signed by the delivery guy himself and mentioning my ref ph number and when enquired says it's delivered to wrong address waiting upon 9 days I feel cheated by the DTDC courier service. I've been waiting for the delivery of a book (LAW COMPACT BOOK BY CA HARSH GUPTA SIR) which I ordered through IGP classes site. The Tracking ID is Z82588365, giving a update on 9th march, when I contacted the assisting team was told on 11th march that the delivery was not made as I was not available for receiving the delivery, which is not true they didn't even contact me. The last update they gave me was the book was on its way to Delhi and now they're not responding to my call neither are they updating anything on the tacking ID provided. Sir, Z70829010, tracking number sir of DTDC. I had a sent a parcel on 8 February to be delivered to sector 62 noida but still not Delivered. Due to election on 10 February it could not be delivered. While tracking the shipment, it was showing not delivered- incomplete address or Wrong address(CIR) but while sending the courier i had mentioned complete address. Today when I spoke to customer care, they by tomorrow definitely they will deliver the courier. Really couldn't understand why it's taking a week to deliver.

My courier rcvd. in dtdc courier on 8th oct. at 1 pm from Lucknow to Ladwa. It was urgent courier and they charged full amount for earlier courier service. After receiving Courier in their office did not deliver and they called me that u can take your courier from office on 8 Oct. and 9 oct. 2021 as well. If i am paying full amount then why i am facing this issue ? When i did call to Dtdc they talked very rudley. At last i went to dtdc office and pick my courier . i had to go because it was my Identity Card and after doing many mails to HR then she was agree for courier. They did like this in may 2021 . Worst experience and poor service.

I have a shipment with DTDC, tracking no - D12186696. The delivery guy from dtdc doesn't even call and updates the status as receiver refused delivery. No of times i ccalled customer care and asked them to stop the shipment wherever it is and I will get it collected. But after saying that yes we will get it stopped, the return process is initiated and i am not getting the exact location of my shipment and the status is also not updating on tracking website and the executives on customer care are also not telling me exactly where my shipment is. This is very bad customer service. Please help and I hope my shipment is safe because its a gift and I don't know where it is.

My ref# is R44576901. The items showed received in my city on 2nd Dec 2021 but the item is still not delivered. When tracked it shows that they came to deliver but i was not available or door locked. this is so not true. I am always at home as i work from home, and my mom is at home. My elder brother and his family stays here so no way we could have missed delivery every day continuously for 4 days. I called up the office where the shipment is showing but they dint answer the call. I called up customer care and escalated and they said it will be resolved soon but no response from DTDC. On 28.01.2022 I had sent one Parcel through DTDC courier from Bangalore to Hosapete in Karnataka which was delivered to the Receiver on 31.01.2022. The courier docket No. is D20165939. The consignment contained food items. Upon receiving the consignment, it was found by the Receiver that the parcel was opened and partial food items were pulled out from the consignment. The total cost of the food items missing is Rs. 500/-. Request to investigate the same and arrange for refund of Rs. 500/- to me.

Both parties must agree to arbitration unless an arbitration clause already exists. The complaint must meet the rules of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and must fall within the time limit of the Limitation Act, 1963. Submit the failed mediation report and all evidence again for the arbitrator’s review.
Step 5: Attend Hearings and Follow the Process
After submission, the Consumer Forum sends a notice to DTDC. You receive a date for your hearing. You need to attend the hearing in person or through video call. Present your documents and explain the case clearly. Answer the questions raised by the forum. Follow all instructions and cooperate during the process. Keep a written copy of the statements submitted during the hearing.
Step 6: Get Your Refund or Compensation
If the forum rules in your favor, it issues a formal order to DTDC. The order may include a full refund of the shipping cost or the item’s value. Z70159986 the tracking ID went missing, my item which was not delivered by the delivery agent in Bangalore Raj kumar road as gone missing since 9 days of showing its delivered duly signed by the delivery guy himself and mentioning my ref ph number and when enquired says it's delivered to wrong address waiting upon 9 days I feel cheated by the DTDC courier service. One parcel (Envelope) sent to Bangalore on 12th Jan 2022 with detailed address and mobile number, till today the same is not delivered. After completing 6 days the parcel is not delivered,it is really great negligence. The parcel must be delivered today only.

I've been waiting for the delivery of a book (LAW COMPACT BOOK BY CA HARSH GUPTA SIR) which I ordered through IGP classes site. The Tracking ID is Z82588365, giving a update on 9th march, when I contacted the assisting team was told on 11th march that the delivery was not made as I was not available for receiving the delivery, which is not true they didn't even contact me. The last update they gave me was the book was on its way to Delhi and now they're not responding to my call neither are they updating anything on the tacking ID provided. Kindly help me out in this matter asap.

Sir, Z70829010, tracking number sir of DTDC. I had a sent a parcel on 8 February to be delivered to sector 62 noida but still not Delivered. Due to election on 10 February it could not be delivered. While tracking the shipment, it was showing not delivered- incomplete address or Wrong address(CIR) but while sending the courier i had mentioned complete address. Today when I spoke to customer care, they by tomorrow definitely they will deliver the courier. Really couldn't understand why it's taking a week to deliver.

Dtdc doesn't deliver to our place, chellanam ,kochi ,kerala. Still they take orders and later its showing coulnot deliver. We buy online so that the product get delivered to our house. If they can't do it , kindly don't take orders anymore and make unnecessary delay in delivering things.

Team, Dtdc is the worst service provider. I couriered a parcel on 5th October from Surat to Pune. Today is 12th October. Still the parcel is not received. No one answers properly. They said delivery will be done by 9th. Even customer care doesn't pick up and most of numbers are swtiched off. Need help and want to file a complaint against pune officials.

My courier rcvd. in dtdc courier on 8th oct. at 1 pm from Lucknow to Ladwa. It was urgent courier and they charged full amount for earlier courier service. After receiving Courier in their office did not deliver and they called me that u can take your courier from office on 8 Oct. and 9 oct. 2021 as well. If i am paying full amount then why i am facing this issue ? When i did call to Dtdc they talked very rudley. At last i went to dtdc office and pick my courier . i had to go because it was my Identity Card and after doing many mails to HR then she was agree for courier. They did like this in may 2021 . Worst experience and poor service.

I have a shipment with DTDC, tracking no - D12186696. The delivery guy from dtdc doesn't even call and updates the status as receiver refused delivery. No of times i ccalled customer care and asked them to stop the shipment wherever it is and I will get it collected. But after saying that yes we will get it stopped, the return process is initiated and i am not getting the exact location of my shipment and the status is also not updating on tracking website and the executives on customer care are also not telling me exactly where my shipment is. This is very bad customer service. Please help and I hope my shipment is safe because its a gift and I don't know where it is.

Consignment booked in Guwahati office bearing consignment No K54462581 on 03.03.2022. The consignment delivered today ( 09.03.2022) after Repeated follow up. Behaviour of employees working in Hailakandi Office not satisfactory. Please look into the matter and arrange for timely delivery of consignment to maintain reputation of the company.

My ref# is R44576901. The items showed received in my city on 2nd Dec 2021 but the item is still not delivered. When tracked it shows that they came to deliver but i was not available or door locked. this is so not true. I am always at home as i work from home, and my mom is at home. My elder brother and his family stays here so no way we could have missed delivery every day continuously for 4 days. I called up the office where the shipment is showing but they dint answer the call. I called up customer care and escalated and they said it will be resolved soon but no response from DTDC. I want to file a consumer case on DTDC let me know how do i do it.

Hello Team, This is Lakshminarayana I parcel my apple data cable on April24th from Manikonda branch Hyderabad to near by home town Narayanapuram branch in AP state, as due to pandemic situation I received data cable on 01stMay2021 in damage condition and not working condition one To ensure I took snap of my data cable before Before sending to courier()in courier shop,however I received with damaged one as shown below which is not working condition.i went on next day to the shop but they respond saying that we dont know My strange question how come my data cable will be in damaged situation which was working in good condition I lost belief in such a trusted courier company which is my journey of 4 years and loved to be part of it trusted DTDC brand service Kindly do the needful on this issue I would like to know how can I get my original one else need to refund the total amount of my purchased one cost.

I booked parcel from Aligher to Visakhapatnam. First I was given wrong slip with tracking no was U14791161. I didn't received the parcel. Again I enquiry and found the tracking no is wrong. After that I given the tracking slip with no U14791148.When I enquire then found the parcel sent back for reason no destination service. I always received my parcel late and they always deny to send it to the address written on the parcel even though they have services at the place.i was supposed to collect it from the nearby place to them. Their communication with customer is not at all good.and they update delivery status before delivering the parcel.

On 28.01.2022 I had sent one Parcel through DTDC courier from Bangalore to Hosapete in Karnataka which was delivered to the Receiver on 31.01.2022. The courier docket No. is D20165939. The consignment contained food items. Upon receiving the consignment, it was found by the Receiver that the parcel was opened and partial food items were pulled out from the consignment. The total cost of the food items missing is Rs. 500/-. Request to investigate the same and arrange for refund of Rs. 500/- to me.
