Return to the Downloads tab and click Requested Downloads. Enter your Request Number or the date of the request to find the current status. The status shows as “Submitted” at first. It usually changes to “Available” within 24 to 48 hours.

Once the status becomes “Available,” click on HTTP Download. The file downloads as a ZIP file. Store the file on your device for future reference. The certificate will be available for download for a limited time, so download it once ready.
