Client relationships arising through the programme shall be governed by the applicable terms and conditions, contractual arrangements, and legal requirements. OLI may interact with clients as necessary for communication and service delivery purposes. The rights and obligations of all parties will be determined in accordance with the relevant agreements and applicable laws.

The impact, if any, on a Certificate of Practice (CoP) will depend on the nature of your participation and compliance with applicable ICAI regulations and professional requirements. CAs should independently assess whether their involvement is permissible under the ICAI Code of Ethics and other applicable regulations.

The eligibility of a practicing CS to participate in this arrangement will depend on the applicable ICSI regulations and the nature of the individual's role and involvement. Professionals who are associated with OLI are expected to exercise their own independent judgment in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations, ethical standards, and professional conduct requirements prescribed by their respective professional bodies.
