The Indian hospitality sector is certainly the most appropriate replication of the belief “Atithi Devo bhava which bears the meaning as a touch of tenderness, a helping hand and a welcoming visage.

Consumer Complaint is “an expression of dissatisfaction on a consumer’s behalf to a responsible party”, anyone who is a rightful consumer can easily file a complaint against the responsible service provider.

Hello I have booked a villa via Vista rooms and due to lockdown I had to cancel my booking, now Vista rooms are not returning my money which is about 22000. It's been more than a year, continuously exchange of email n calls. They have provided me with a credit note of same amount. Now the credit note is expired (Vista rooms said they will extend it) but now I have received email that your credit note is expired. I want to take a legal action against Vista rooms. Please can someone tell me procedure

My husband and I had made a room reservation at the Glasshouse on the Ganges from October 14th to 18th. This is an internationally famous hotel operated by the Neemrana group. It's location, rooms and amenities have been widely publicised throughout the world. We checked-in with great expectations. To our shock we soon realised that the location had been shifted to a smaller lodge also leased by the same group and had been known as Himalayan Hideaway Lodge. They were charging almost the same high tariff as the previous Glasshouse. This hotel was on a hill slope with rough and stony paths totally unsuitable for older guests. The access to the river Ganges was by way of a steep and dangerous path. The former property was on the banks of the Ganges with 5 star amenities like a spa, swimming pool, gym and restaurant serving international cuisine. The present one is very basic. The hotel is taking advantage of the reputation that had been attached to the original Glasshouse and was perpetrating a scam on unwary and unsuspecting guests. I complained and asked for a refund. The owner called back and rudely refused to comply. I later looked at other reviews of the hotel and found many disgruntled visitors who had realised they had been fooled and cheated into paying high room rates that were befitting a 5 star property.

We have come from HP to hotel wedlock manar, Zirakpur Punjab for ielts exam today (11-sep-2021). The relatives of the person came for examination are now allowed to enter the hotel premises even in the parking and it is raining outside and no shelter is nearby to avoid rain. Attitude of staff is disgusting.

Hi , I have booked a stay at a hotel in Chennai which promised highly hygienic and sanitized room but we got rooms which had cockroaches running around, broken walls , centipedes, dirty pillows with damp black fungus , rusted taps and fittings which may cause septicitis if injured! Hi, I have booked two nights at a property through booking.com. Property denied check in even though we had vaccinated twice, as per policy they needed RTCPR report hence forced me to cancel booking and look out for other property. As per policy first day i will not get refund but for 2nd day i should get my refund but booking.com is prolonging the conversation and i have submitted bank statement of payment made. Customer care officer says one day refund will be issued but again booking.com send so many emails asking unrelevant questions. I guess this is just to make me frustrated to ignore the refund. what can i do on this situation?
