I Am really disappointed with myntra customer support. We cant call it as customer support rather its a head ache for customer. I have initiated a return for Anouk Men black and white Kurta pyjama initially on 6th of August 2021. The courier have not picked up the product and to this end I have raised a number of tickets for picking up the product but the same has not been done. Finally one of the myntra executive named Tanushree suggested me to self ship the product to ware house and once the product is recieved at ware house, you will be refunded. As suggested by her I have self shipped it and the product has been recieved by your ware house on 9th of September 2021. Now when am asking for refund it is being said that, the product has not been recd by their ware house and so refund cannot be processed and suggested to contact the courier partner. As suggested by them I raised a complaint to my courier partner (DTDC) on non receipt product. To this extent DTDC has responded and sent me a DRS (Delivery Receipt Slip) where in it can been clearly seen that the product has been recieved at Myntra's ware house and the stamp of ware house is also affixed. The stamp shows the same address which was forwarded to me through a mail by Thanu shree to self ship the product. So it implies that Myntra is blindly refusing to process refund without checking the ground facts at their end. I ahve sent the DRS and as well as the mail in which address has been sent to me. Even after seeing the DRS they sent me a reply that the product is not recieved by them. This is the reason why now I want to file a case against Myntra in consumer forum.

I have ordered product on myntra during the offer time and thought that it will be delivered .but after ordering during the sale in July 2021. Showing thta it will be delivered in August ,and I was waiting for the delivery but after 18th agust got the mail that it is delivered but I chacked in my office only one vest is delivere but rest of the product almost 5 product not delivered I comolint in the app but everytime after 24 hrs Myntra said issue resalve there is no Custer cares no email .nothing . I asked for the detia ls who and whome deloivere the product but there is no responce from Myntra.

Myntra has unlawful and harassing return policy .Sell defective products and when customer wants to return they harass customers under the name of their company policy .Its the sole one sided policy .Customer will to return if product is not satisfactory is the legal right of the customer which is not at all respected by the company .Company violates the existing law of the country

I made payment of my order via amazon upi which remained pending for sometime but the amount got deducted from my account that moment only. The delivery executive reuested me to pay in cash and assured me of the refund if any amount deducted via upi upon future success of payment. After 2 days the transaction got successful. But when i contacted the customer care first they kept me waiting for next 24 hrs just to reache them after 24 hrs to hear that waiting excuse again, now theyclearly stated of not receiving any amount and rejected my refund request. This happened on 12-14 april now its 27april. Please help me out.

Myntra is delivering such a crap products which can be clearly identified as used with all kind of stain marks and once you complain about the same they take 3-5days to get back to you without any resolution and ask to wait during this pandemic they have learnt how to eat up the money

I ordered some items from myntra and I canceled 5 items on 28 sep . Its been 26 days i still didn’t recieve my refund. I called them multiple times . They asked me to contact the bank first . As i paid in PhonePe bank told they cant do anything . So I contacted them again and told them this . They asked me to send the statement so that they can send money again in 24 - 48 hrs . But now they are telling the same thing they initiated the payment . Its really depressing me .

Against Myntra's selfshipping returning policy. Harassing me since August 5. Even not allowing to contact their supervisor. They are saying to contact me in 24hours but there is no calls from them Even I self's hipped the product to their given address Kolkata. But they refused to accept and I don't know what happened. Now they are not responding me. Please help.

While placing order on 1st July of Rs 1354, money got debited from my account but order didnt get placed (showed unsuccessful). Myntra replied that they didnt receive any payment . I made transaction via gpay .It is clarified from gpay as well as bank (SBI) that there is no money with them. So i am waiting for refund but Myntra denied that there is no money received at their end. Kindly help to get the refund. Thanks in advance.

Hi Dear Team , This complaint is regarding Myntra online shopping (Missing complaint) as I have ordered a pantaloon baby dungri and orange tshirt set ,they have delivered only dungri but tshirt was missing , after that I have done so many mails and calls none of them has any resolution of my query. The customer care executives are so useless to talk, they know nothing. It seems they are all robots with recorded messages saying we really appologies rest nothing at all they say or do to help you .. Its been 10 days I was trying to know if they are sending me the missing product or money I have no clue, I only get to hear that they have escalated my issue and they would call me in 24 hours which never happened .. please help me ..

I have been calling Myntra Customer Care for 5 days because of a product i ordered which was consisting of 3 articles and i paid in full. But when i received the parcel i found only 2 of them. I raised a complaint against myntra and since then they have been asking me to wait for 24-48 hours every day and not helping me resolve the issue. Also they have then blocked my account so i could not have access to it and return any other product. Please look into the matter. Thankyou

I've ordered dresses from myntra on 19 july and I've been trying to return them for one whole month because they are of poor quality, every time i place a return they just cancel it without any explanation. I've tried contacting customer support for several times but they are just asking me to wait again and again, this has been going on for a month and now the return window is also closed due to the their poor customer service and i can't even place a call to them as they've removed that option from my app, I've tried writing to them but there is no response.

Hello, I have placed order on 9th AprIl 2021, this payment was done from my Airtel app wallet of amount Rs. 2190/-. However, the amount has been deducted and order has not been placed. It's been 21st April 2021 now, and still Myntra customer care doesn't respond.

As mentioned above the whole return policy of myntra is made to defraud customers. I wasn't delivered the full product and now they disagree to accept this. My money is stuck with them and my complaint has been denied stating that missing parts of any product without package tampering is not possible in myntra as they go through a quality check. If they had gone through this quality check, I wouldn't have been here complaining about this.

I've bought a shirt on myntra the size of which didn't fit and i placed a request for the exchange to which they responded by the excuse of adress not being serviceable. They accepted the return request though after a lot of call requests and 2 days later the return option disappeared on the app and I got a msg that the issue has been resolved. Every time I call the customer support they keep me on hold and drop the call after a couple minutes. What legal options are available for the redressal of such an unnecessary trouble and whom to approach for such an issue? Thanks

Dear sir / madam, I had ordered for noise smart watch at cost of 2300/- . But they deliver a wrong product (Nivea face wash cream) , for which I call to the customer care and they gave assurance to me they are investigating this matter. After few days they updated me there was no tamper on the box, hence they can not accommodate. I reopen the case and they started reinvestigation, again they reach me with same queries,that the package was shield hence they can not take it forward. Since 19 sep to till date they are playing with me saying it can not be accommodated as the package shield properly. Where I received a face wash cream which cost is 130/- max. Please help me.

I ordered a dress from Myntra and they delivered a different one and now they are denying to pick it back by providing silly reasons. It was 1119/- Customer care simply picks up the call and says we are resolving issues but I don’t see any action taken regarding the same.

Myntra did not send me an OTP in my mobile as they incorrectly registered my mobile number . After that I correctected my mobile number and they refused to deliver my goods . I have already paid for them using my credit card but they have not refunded the money back to me .

I placed an order, but I received a wrong product which doesn't have return policy. Now tell me is this my fault? On query I was asked to ship the item. But why should I do that when the product was different? I Am not only disappointed with the service y myntra but also with the customer support. This happened in the month of October. We Purchased few products from Myntra and out of these we returned few items. Later we found that they have not refunded for 1 item, when checked with them they gave 1 reference number and told to check with HDFC backend team. When I emailed HDFC team they replied that that have not received the amount for refund. Now when I shared this response to Myntra they are just sending 1 response that they have sent refund amount to HDFC. Very pathetic response from them we are been following up with them since 2 months.

I placed an order on Myntra for Rs. 2864/-. However the order didn't get placed. But money was deducted. When I did complaint on Myntra they asked to check with Bank. When I checked with my bank they gave me transaction id and said that the money has been transferred successfully to Myntra account. I need my refund.

I'm = Deepak swarup 93130 81016 I've ordered a black Mochi shoe, but I get a brown shoe instead of black, That's why I must have to return them, this a blunder mistake & also the delivery time is too much delayed, & I've choosen not to order you anything else in my life. You have to return my paid amount (as I've paid by cash), Now I'm unable to add my account details as the error message as in snapshot attached, It seems that you don't want to return my amount paid to you. Please refund my money back as I get wrong order which was already delayed and you are unable to give me right order and also your customer service is very rude and indisciplined as they said me that I can't hear anything. Kindly resolve this refund issue and I'll never order anything from you and surely delete your app.

Highly disappointed with Myntra and thier quality check officers. I had ordered a highlander jacket, received it without any tag. the product was of low quality to I had placed a return the very moment the product was delivered. When the return was picked up the delivery guy didn't take the packet as it didn't have any tag and asked to complain on the myntra app.. on complaining they said they will resolve the issue.. and after not receiving any response for few days i call the customer support again and they said that the quality check officers are saying that they had attached the tag.. and the return request has been rejected. trusting myntra blindly and facing their flaw as an issue is pathetic . Looting people by sending low quality products and rejecting returns. This is the reason why i want to raise a complaint against Myntra

sir/madam, i have ordered amazfit t rex pro smartwatch from the myntra but i received a demaged/defective product and immediately i contacted myntra customer service, firstly they assistant me that they will help me and investigate the matter properly but at the end they closed the issue bearing issue no without hearing from my side and rejected my request claiming that it has gone through quality checks. i have full unboxing video of the product and now i am not getting any response from their side, due to which my anxiety level is getting high, i even tried calling them for which their reply is that we will arrange a supervisor call for you that never comes. they have cheated me for my hard earned money please look into the matter asap. thanks and regards

I have ordered blanket and 3 times it shows delivery failed. Now when i placed the complaint person is saying that, cz of address. Before payment we will enter the address if it is not available then, why it was showing payment option? Guys the myntra fraud of delivering defective and wrong product and not ready to take it back is really matter of concern now days. At 1st I thought I am the only person got cheated but after reading so many comments about this I came to know that this need to be talked about. Myntra customer support really sucks.Everytime we get a message that wait for 24 to 48 hour and after that we get a autogenerated message which says your issue as been resolved. I have talked to so many customer executive and have explained everything numbers of time and still got an answer to wait for 24 to 48 hours. This is really pathetic experience I have. It's almost been a month i have been trying to myntra customer care and got no solution. At last they said that the product was been delivered in sealed packet so there is no chance of getting defective or wrong product and refused my return claims. I have been gon through so much mental torture while reaching myntra customer support. I am asking everyone who got cheated by myntra or will be in future let's start a #saynotoMyntra trending on every social media.lets get united and teach myntra a lesson.My should have to pay for it now.priya.singh354@gmail.com this is my id. I ordered an Roadster jeans but i recieved jeans of here and now with tag of roadster jeans.both tag and product were of differant brand jeans is of here and now and tag on it is of here and now. Then i go for exchanged but my exchange got cancelled 2 times and when i talk to customer care they are saying that its not their fault they packed correct product and deliver correct product. If its not their fault then who put fake sticker on differant product?? They are fooling us give wrong product and when anyone complaint they only say product was deliver through mandatory quality cheak as their will no issue but there are many people who go through this issue by myntra Even the tag on it was not remove and it was totally unwashed. Thats ridiculous that myntra give me a wrong product still they refuse to exchange or return in thats so shamefull. It break my trust toward myntra. Frome now i never shop from this site. I suggest my family and freind to do not buy product from this site

I have placed an order for the product named Kalini saree which was pink in color with floral printed kind of design on it..i received the wrong product a Red plain saree with no printed design..and the quality is cheap as well. The vendor is from Gujarat-Gopala Sarees, Surat-395010(this is mentioned on the pack received). Vendor has not inserted any invoice while delivering the product on around 13th Jul. Since that day i have placed the return complaint and have made several calls to Cust Care. Within day or two a boy also had come and verified the product to which he agreed that it is completely different product and it will be picked up by myntra. That is the day and u have been following up with Myntra but im surprised they are not taking the issue seriously. They had asked me to post the image of saree which i did and also cleared the fact that there was no invoice issued by the vendor. Truly mentioned by other harrased consumers that MYNTRA has such a harassing return policy..If the product is not right..They should make a point that it is picked up from the customer. How can i claim my refund? Please help

I had ordered face shop chia seeds toner from myntra for 1200 INR They dint send me any product but yet confirmed that i received it . When i got the product it was missing . I just got the outer box and there was nothing inside it. The bottle was missing. When i called in myntra customer care, they asked for 3 days and later sent me an email that my request is declined and they wont send a new product or refund. Please help
