• FSSAI Basic License:Petty food business operators, small-sized manufacturers, transporters, retailers, marketers and distributors are required to obtain an FSSAI Basic License issued by the respective State Govt. This license is only applicable to the business entities with annual revenue, not more than 12 lakhs. The tenure or validity of this license is a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 5 years.
